Clark Graeme
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
Graeme Clark is a Senior Procurement Advisor in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Since joining EBRD in 2003, he initially covered the role of an operational procurement specialist based in EBRD’s Infrastructure Business Group, where he was responsible for assisting and advising EBRD clients on procurement and contracting arrangements for a wide range of projects under EBRD financed projects in the transport sector. He was subsequently appointed to the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Advisory Department where he provides policy and specific project implementation and risk management advice to the Bank's operational teams and the Bank's clients. In his current role he has taken the lead in the MDB working group established to develop a paper of the topic of abnormally low tender prices. Prior to joining EBRD, Graeme was engaged as a procurement consultant under several World Bank funded projects in the FSU. Graeme is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
