Stana Marić is an Associate Director, Policy Advisor, Legal in the EBRD Procurement Policy and Advisory Department. Stana advises on international sanctions, eligibility and integrity-related topics and is responsible for coordinating the Bank’s procurement reviews and complaint processes. Previously, Stana worked in the investigations team of the EBRD Office of the Chief Compliance Officer, where she directed investigations and evaluated allegations of fraud, corruption, and other types of misconduct in relation to Bank-financed projects, with a focus in public sector procurement. Prior to joining EBRD, Stana was a senior associate in the litigation department of an international law firm, advising clients in relation to anti-corruption and compliance matters, and international sanctions. She is a qualified attorney in the Netherlands and in the US (New York).
