Overview
The module provides a practical understanding of the types of corruption that procurement practitioners face in practice during the course of procurement processes and to provide an understanding of the governance, structures and new technologies (like AI) that can be used to fight corruption. Moreover, the course includes the relevant provisions from the EBRD that investigates and pursues sanctions related to prohibited practices.
