I was born and studed in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. After graduating from the Russian Economic University named G.V. Plekhanov (Tashkent filial), worked for almost 9 years in a railway company, 4 years of which worked in the PIU as a procurement specialist and specialist of contracts in a strategy project "Construction of the Angren-Pap railway line".

And since 2018 years I has been working as a chief specialist in tender department of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the framework of my job, I am responsible to coordinate of procurement procedures for the investment IFI’s projects in Uzbekistan, and to participate as a member of the procurement commission in the national tenders, including consideration of legislative acts of International agreements in terms of procurement.

I have improved my skills by participating in IFI’s seminars and FIDIC trainings, also participated at the lectures of the conditions of the International Arbitration courts.

I am always glad to improve and learn useful assignments for my job.

That is why I would like to study at the International Master in Public Procurement Management and hope I can live up to expectations
