Main duties are:

• Preparing the annual budget and procurement planning.
• Preparing the procurement documents.
• Controlling the procurement procedures at the General Directorate of General Security.

Member of the National Steering Committee for MAPS.

Attended several seminars and training in the fields of Public Procurement, Management, Public Sector Finance and budgeting.

Born in Lebanon in 1974, studied business administration at Lebanese University and got a degree in Accounting and Finance in 2000, in addition to a Master degree in Management and Marketing in 2007.

I have chosen IMPPM to learn more about Public Procurement and the best practices worldwide. In addition to laws, directives and any information in this field since this program is one of the best. Enhancing my knowledge in public procurement will help me improve my experience and performance and enables me to participate more effectively in the reforming of public procurement procedures in Lebanon that is taking place. Furthermore, I will benefit from the information and experiences that I will get at IMPPM to improve the management of public procurement at the General Directorate of General Security.
