Dubljevic Milica
My name is Milica Dubljević. I was born in 1981 in Nikšić, Montenegro. I graduated in 2004 from the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Philosophy, Department for the English Language and Literature with a degree B.A. in the English Language and Literature.
Since 2005, I have been working in the Transport Administration of Montenegro as the adviser for translation and public relations. From the very beginning, I take part in the realization of the projects funded by IFIs. I am a member of PIU (Project Implementation Unit) for the EIB and EBRD projects.
From 2019 I am the Client Administrator on ECEPP (EBRD Client e-Procurement Portal) in charge with the public procurement of the EBRD funded projects (5 projects up to now). I attended two webinars regarding usage of ECEPP.
I was a member of the evaluation committees for selection of consultants funded by EBRD, and of evaluation committees for selection of supervision consultant and contractor for EIB funded projects (the EBRD public procurement procedures used).
I also work on preparation of Quarterly Reports for EBRD and EIB funded projects.
I find IMPPM as a great opportunity to upgrade my knowledge in the field of public procurement.
