Nailya Issayeva has degree in international law L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University. 

She had worked in department of control and monitoring of procurement in "Samruk-Kazyna Contract" LLP at 2009-2013.

Currently she is working as senior specialist of Procurement and Local Content Division of KMG Karachaganak LLP more than 5 years.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• carrying out procurement procedures;
• monitoring of local content in the purchased goods, works and services;

● execution of the Company's Procurement Plan based on the approved budget and introduction of corresponding changes and additions
