The aim of this institution is to regulate the relations in the field of public procurement and to provide favorable conditions for effective financial relations in the sphere of public procurement.

I am the financial specialist, with the 10 years’ experience in finance system, including 6 years in procurement sphere, who completed bachelor degree in 2009 and master’s degree in 2011 in Tashkent Financial Institute.

In order to increase my knowledge and experience, and gain public administration skills, in 2020 I successfully completed the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (master’s degree) which helped me to gain specific knowledge in the sphere of public procurement and to maintain strong networks with people from different kinds of specializations.

I have improved my skills by participating in seminars and trainings in several countries (Korea, Austria, Russia, France, etc.) on the development of public procurement and the introduction of new innovative technologies. I also participated in the monitoring of the Istanbul Action Program of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Uzbekistan in 2019, participating in French state and achieving the highest results in maintaining the position of Uzbekistan in the field of public procurement.

In 2019, in Cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the World Bank, The 15th Procurement Integrity Management and Openness Forum was held for the first time in Uzbekistan, and I participated in this forum with my report.

I am the open-minded person, always glad to meet new people and to maintain strong relationships. I always seek the opportunity to create innovative approaches to my job.
