I am a self-motivated, ambitious Jordanian man.; I got a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Jordan University in 1985. , Microsoft certified solution developer and  ICT security certified , I have been working at the Ministry of Finance/General Supplies Department since 1989 till now, filling the positions of a senior programmer and system Analyst then ICT director and now I am ICT consultant for the general director concerning ICT consultations issues to the general director either for ICT infrastructure of my work or technical reports about procuring ICT goods/services for the governmental entities (pre-tendering:-specifications, evaluation and post tendering issues) , Preparing  and following-up  the official correspondence relating to strategic planning, implementation of major projects in the department, improve services and e-government services with the Prime Minister's solemn and Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Planning and Budget Department and the Ministry of Public Sector Development and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology , participate for initiating E-Procurement in Jordan with other central procurement department besides with ministry of information and communication technology/E-Gov. program , I expect form this international master public procurement management to take the knowledge and good practice in order to transfer it to my country and my department with power of  my General Director to leads  the change management towards better enhancements in all aspects related to procurement  to my country , and I would like to thanks the Italian government ,  EBRD bank and Roma Tor Vergata university  for this great opportunity to me.
