Tiha Artem
My name is Artem Tiha, and I am an international project and procurement manager with experience in infrastructure development, public sector governance and international cooperation.
I currently with PJSC Ukrhydroenergo, where I am involved in the preparation and implementation of large-scale infrastructure and development projects, including initiatives supported by international financial institutions.
My responsibilities include coordination of feasibility studies, procurement processes and cooperation with international engineering consultants within complex multi-stakeholder projects.
Prior to joining the public sector, I spent over eight years developing international commercial partnerships and managing cross-border business operations across European and Middle Eastern markets.
I am particularly interested in infrastructure development, public procurement systems and international cooperation, as well as the broader policy frameworks shaping economic and sectoral transformation, including areas related to energy transition.
I am naturally curious about how complex systems, markets and institutions interact, and I am motivated by opportunities to work at the intersection of policy, business and large-scale development projects.
