My name is Alina Nesterova. I was born on January 22, 1977 іn Kyiv, Ukraine.

In 1994, I entered the Kyiv Economic Institute of Management, where I studied Marketing in the Production Sector. In 1999, I successfully graduated and obtained a higher education degree in this field.

In order to improve my professional qualifications, I completed several specialized courses. In 2019, I attended training programs at the State Institution “Professional Procurement,” including the Basic Course for Successful Procurement Specialists and the course “How to Procure Quality within Public Procurement.” In 2021, I completed a training course at the Kyiv School of Economics on preparation for testing of authorized procurement officers.

I began my professional career in January 1997 as an Accountant (Category 1) at “Spetsvuhleservice,” where I worked until June 1998. From February 1999 to January 2003, I worked at the Production Association “Burvuhlekoplex” as the Head of Office Administration.

From January 2003 to July 2004, I held the position of Head of Documentation Department at the State Enterprise “Interregional Company ‘Vuhletorf Restructuring.’” From August 2004 to February 2007, I worked as the Head of HR and Documentation Department at the State Enterprise “Central-Western Company ‘Vuhletorf Restructuring.’” I later continued my work at the same enterprise as the Head of the Tender Department from February 2007 to March 2008.

In March 2008, I worked as an Analyst in Construction Audit at LLC “System Technology Company.”

From May 2008 to January 2019, I worked at the Separate Subdivision “Administrative Office” of SE “NNEGC Energoatom.” During this period, I held positions as Head of Legal Support and Financial Monitoring Department and later as Head of Competitive Bidding and Financial Monitoring Department. I also served as Secretary of the Tender Committee.

Since January 2019, I have been working at the same enterprise as the Head of Procurement Procedures Support and Contract Management Department, as well as an Authorized Procurement Officer.
