For the past years I have developed a strong interest in Public Procurement Management and greatly enjoy debates on this topic. I am a self-motivated person, open and keen on learning new things. My experience as an Acting Director at the Albanian Ministry of European Integration has enhanced my professional skills and my management abilities. I graduated from the University of Law, Tirana, in 2004, and completed a Master’s Degree in International Relations in Albania. I attended the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in 2011. I have worked in various positions in the public administration in Albania and was appointed Chairperson of the Joint Steering Committee under IPA - Cross Border Cooperation Programme between FYROM and Republic of Albania in 2011.
