I am an economist and currently serve as Head of the Energy Trading at the State Enterprise Guaranteed Buyer, the main trader of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in Ukraine. With over fifteen years of professional experience in the Ukrainian energy sector, I have worked in state-owned enterprises and contributed to several international energy projects.

I have been actively involved in the reform of Ukraine’s electricity market, particularly in the development of new legislation and regulatory frameworks aimed at improving market transparency and efficiency. My professional expertise spans market design and regulation, renewable energy development. I have a deep understanding of the Ukrainian energy sector and its key stakeholders, and I am strongly committed to advancing sustainable, competitive, and transparent markets in Ukraine.
