Solyannik Natalia, was born on September 12, 1988 in the city of Snizhne, Ukraine.

In 2005, she graduated from Snizhne Secondary School No. 2. From 2005 to 2010, she studied at the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko, where she received a lawyer's qualification with honors.

She began her career in October 2010 as a legal advisor at the Pension Fund of Ukraine Department of the city of Snizhne.

Since June 2013, she has worked as a legal advisor on public procurement at the State Enterprise "Snizhneantratsit". Since September 2015, she has worked as a public procurement specialist at the Kyiv City State Administration. From July 2016 to the present,sheI have been working at the National Bank of Ukraine in the Procurement Department. She currently hold the position of Manager in the Public Procurement Department, and support two procurement categories: training services for employees and souvenir products for donors and stakeholders.

Every year she takes advanced training courses in the procurement field.
