At the State Enterprise “Guaranteed Buyer,” he serves as Head of the Trade Department in Organized Markets — a key institution responsible for supporting renewable energy producers and fulfilling public service obligations in Ukraine’s electricity market.

Before assuming this role,heI worked in the technical field of the energy sector, gaining hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This background helped him develop a strong understanding of power system reliability and stability.

His professional and academic interests focus on energy market regulation, public procurement, and sustainable growth, particularly in the context of Ukraine’s post-war recovery and integration into the European energy framework.
