Mosenko Volodymyr
Volodymyr Mosenko was born on September 6, 1983, in Cherkasy, Ukraine. He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2005 with a degree in International Economic Management and completed military training at the Military Institute of Telecommunication and Information Technologies, receiving the rank of Junior Lieutenant in reserve.
He has over 17 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector, primarily with UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group, where he progressed from an economist to Head of Project Management in Risk Management. Throughout his career, Volodymyr has managed large-scale risk transformation initiatives, developed strategic debt recovery systems, and led cross-functional project teams focused on process efficiency and compliance.
In parallel with his banking career, he has been actively engaged in labor rights advocacy and public policy. From 2017 to 2019, he served as an assistant to a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine and co-authored the draft law on the prevention of workplace mobbing. He also co-founded the Trade Union of Employees in the Banking and Financial Sector of Ukraine.
Volodymyr holds a Law degree from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and several international certifications, including Certified Professional in Risk Management in Finance (KPMG Stockholm), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), and Project Management Professional – PMP® (PMI).
Since 2023, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2024, he was awarded the Minister of Defense of Ukraine’s Medal “To the Defender of Ukraine.”
He is fluent in English and Russian, with basic knowledge of German and French.
