Viktoriia has multifaceted expertise in public procurement, gained through her work in leading Ukrainian state institutions — including Ukroboronprom (the association of state defense-industrial enterprises), the Ministry of Economy (regulation of procurement by State Defense Customers), and Forests of Ukraine (one of the largest newly established state forestry enterprises). Her professional journey has focused on moments when procurement functions needed to be reformed, created, or modernized.
Throughout her career, Viktoriia has combined the responsibilities of an authorized procurement officer — handling some of the most complex and pilot procedures — with leadership in large-scale initiatives on automation, standardization, and process optimization."
