Liliia Kulyk has over 14 years of experience in the procurement field, including more than nine years at the state enterprise Prozorro. She has built her professional path within the Prozorro system — from a training consultant to a product manager of national digital procurement products. Starting with the development of training programs and materials for contracting authorities and suppliers, Liliia gradually moved into managing digital solutions and user experience. Since 2019, she has been responsible for developing procurement procedures within the Prozorro electronic system — from framework agreements for defense procurement to tools tailored for international donors. Her work combines analytical thinking, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of user needs in public procurement.
