She holds two higher education degrees in Law and Project Management, as well as a PhD in Management.

Since 2018, she has been working in the field of public procurement. A significant stage of her career is associated with her work at Kyivpastrans, where she progressed from Head of the Procurement Department of the Directorate for Construction and Maintenance of Transport Infrastructure Facilities to Deputy Head for Construction, and later to Head of the Directorate. This experience enabled her to combine in-depth knowledge and practical skills in public procurement with managing construction projects and urban infrastructure development.

Her experience also includes serving as Head of the Procurement Department and Authorized Person for Public Procurement at the State Enterprise “Ukrvodservis” —a centralized procurement organization. There, she gained expertise in conducting large-scale procurement processes and ensuring transparency.

Additionally, she worked at the Construction Department of the Desnianskyi District State Administration of Kyiv and in a private company in the electricity sector.

Academic Activity: she teaches Environmental Management at the National Transport University, integrating academic knowledge with her management expertise.

Currently, she works at the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine,” continuing her professional development in public procurement and management.
