Yulia Tolchinina-Burunska has been working at Ukrhydroenergo since 2011, holding the position of Director of the Legal and Property Relations Department and, since 2019, also serving as Corporate Secretary.

Her main responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, conducting legal due diligence of corporate documents, providing legal advice to all divisions of the company, and overseeing the preparation of legal materials for judicial and law enforcement agencies.

She plays a significant role in negotiations and public procurement processes, particularly those regulated by international financial institutions such as the World Bank, EBRD, and EIB.

She is actively involved in the strategic management of corporate meetings and shareholder relations.

Yulia Tolchinina-Burunska holds three master’s degrees — in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, and Law (Commercial Law) — earned from leading Ukrainian institutions.
