Having been involved in public procurement in Ukraine for over 10 years, I always strive to deepen my competences, learn best practices from other countries, and improve the legislation in my home country.

We are at a relatively early stage of implementing public procurement, and the system still requires advice from experienced practitioners. Therefore, I am glad that our Ministry of Economy seeks our consultations on specialized laws and regulations.
