Fees

Academic fees cover registration, teaching, examinations, diploma, tuition, the use of the library and other student facilities at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Academic fees amount to €10.000,00 (plus €146,00 for administrative fees).


Payment deadlines:

  • If one-off payment: January 10
  • if split payment: December 31 (first instalment) - January 31 (second and last instalment)

It is also possible to attend a part of the program, even only one module. In this case the cost per module is €1.200,00.

 

Refund Policy

The IMPPM Master Secretariat will notify the student the approval/denial of the request and, in case of approval, the amount to be refunded.

Refunds are possible:

  • If the student inadvertently paid twice or overpaid: the refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the erroneous payment, along with the original proof of payment.
  • If the student has received an admission letter and has paid the tuition fee but received a visa denial (request for a refund due to visa denial): the justified and documented request for a refund, together with the proof of payment, must be submitted within 30 days of the visa denial communication.
  • In cases where students have paid the tuition fee, partially or in full, but withdraw their participation to the program, due to serious and documented family reasons or because the employer once granted the release letter later withdraws it: the justified and documented request for a refund, together with a declaration of the employer stating the withdrawal of the release from duties and the proof of payment, must be submitted within 30 days of the date of payment of the tuition fee.

Requests for refunds cannot be accepted after 15 days from the official starting of the master program.
