Laura Carpineti is partner at Martino & Partners Srl, a strategic consulting firm specialized in public procurement. She graduated with honors in Political Economy ​the Università Politecnica delle Marche. She obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Approaches to Climate Change from the University of Milan and holds a CIPS certification.

She has been public buyer in the public procurement sector since 2004, with expertise in e-procurement, strategic and sustainable procurement, and purchasing strategies. Currently, she is a Partner at Martino & Partners, a consulting firm specializing in public procurement.

After 12 years of experience in centralized procurement at the national and regional levels (Consip Ltd and the Lombardy Region), she served as Head of the Procurement and Contracts Division at CAP Holding Spa, one of Italy’s largest public companies managing the water lifecycle in the metropolitan area of Milan.

She occasionally collaborates with the Universities of Rome Tor Vergata and Macerata (Italy), teaching procurement strategies. She has also authored several scientific articles.
