Jan Jackholt is together with Professor Gustavo Piga the founding father of the IMPPM programme.

Mr. Jackholt was the Procurement Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ERBD) between 2008 and 2025. He joined the EBRD in 1999 as a Procurement Specialist after having worked several years on various Development Projects in Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Zambia and Vietnam providing advisory services on procurement to the countries.

Mr. Jackholt holds a Master in Business Administration from Uppsala University in Sweden.
