I have worked at the State Procurement Agency of  the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2011 to 2016.
From May 2016 I started working in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan  State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection, at the position of senior consultant.
I have a bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. My research interests are in Public Procurement. 
I have participated at The 3rd Conference of the Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network, The 15th Procurement, Integrity, Management and Openness (PRIMO) Forum, and The 3rd Regional ENP East Conference on Public Procurement.
