Vadim Turcan is civil engineer that graduated from the Technical University of Moldova
He is currently employed as an assistant lecturer at Department of Civil Engineering and Geodesy at Technical University of Moldova.
During his professional carrier he aided in developing public policies in the procurement field and provided consultancy for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the implementation of the e-procurement system in Republic of Moldova. He also provided consultancy on local infrastructure projects from national an international funds and aided in the capacity building of the national stakeholders in public procurement reform.
